- The token/booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur cancellation charges.
- Cancellation charges will be between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the notice period and

- 100% retention (no refund) will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of travel or in the case of a noshow.
- No refund will be issued for any missed, delayed, or unused services, including but not limited to flights, train journeys,
- hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or any other included services.
- JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if at least 50% of the total package
- amount is not paid in advance.
- If any traveler is found engaged in unlawful activities, misconduct, or violent behavior, JagNish Tours reserves the
- right to terminate all services immediately without any refund.
