All cancellation requests must be sent in writing, either by email or through official messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
- The token/booking amount you pay to reserve your spot is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel your trip 15 days or more before the travel date, cancellation charges will apply. These charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the notice period and the type of package.
- If you cancel within 15 days of your travel date, or if you fail to show up (no-show), 100% of the package amount will be charged. No refund will be given in such cases.
- No refund will be provided for any unused or missed services — such as flights, train tickets, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or any other items included in your package.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation, and will be transferred to your original payment method.
- Force Majeure Clause: JagNish Tours will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, lockdowns, or political unrest. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- If 50% of the total package cost is not paid in advance before the specified deadline, JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice, and no refund will be issued.
- If any traveler behaves inappropriately, breaks the law, or acts violently, JagNish Tours can cancel all services immediately without giving any refund.
