Important cancellation and refund terms for your travel bookings with JagNish Tours.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing, either by email (jagnishtours@gmail.com) or through official messaging platforms like WhatsApp (+91 7230001706).

If cancelled 15+ days before travel, 50% of the token/advance amount will be refunded. However, if JagNish Tours has already paid non-refundable advances to hotels, cabs, or vendors for your booking, that amount will be deducted before issuing the refund.
50% of Advance Amount Refundable (subject to non-refundable supplier/hotel/cab advance deductions).
100% of the package amount will be charged. No refund will be given in such cases.
No refund will be provided for any unused or missed services during your trip.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request approval.
Refunds will be transferred to your original payment method used during booking (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
The 7–10 working days timeline starts from the date we receive and approve your written cancellation request, not from the original travel date.
JagNish Tours will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control. No refund will be issued in such cases.
If 50% of the total package cost is not paid in advance before the specified deadline, JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice, and no refund will be issued.
Your payment deadline will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation. We recommend paying as early as possible to avoid last-minute issues.
If any traveler behaves inappropriately, breaks the law, or acts violently, JagNish Tours can cancel all services immediately without giving any refund.
