1. What happens if I cancel my trip? Is my booking amount refundable? Your initial booking amount (the token amount) is strictly non-refundable, no matter when you cancel. If you cancel more than 15 days before your trip, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of your total package cost.
2. What if I have to cancel my trip at the last minute? If you cancel less than 15 days before your travel date, or if you don’t show up for the trip, you will not get any refund. The full 100% cost of the package will be kept.
3. Do I need to pay the full amount at once? You need to pay an initial token amount to book. However, you must pay at least 50% of the total package price well before your travel date. If you don’t, we might have to cancel your trip without any refund.
4. What kind of personal information do you need from me? To plan your trip, we need basic details like your full name, address, email, and phone number. Depending on the trip, we might also need a government ID (like an Aadhar card), passport details, and payment information. We only ask for what’s necessary to arrange your travel.
5. Is my personal and payment information safe with you? Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We use secure servers and trusted payment gateways to protect your information. We only share your details with our partners (like hotels and airlines) to arrange your bookings.
6. What if I book for my friends or family? If you are booking for a group, you are considered the “Lead Passenger.” This means you are responsible for providing their correct information and must have their permission to agree to our terms on their behalf.
7. Do I get a refund if I miss a flight or a planned tour? No, we cannot offer a refund for any part of the service that you don’t use, whether it’s a flight, hotel stay, meal, or sightseeing tour.
8. Can you use my travel photos? If you share your travel photos or videos with us on social media or by email, you’re giving us permission to use them for marketing, like on our website or Instagram page.
9. What happens if there is a problem or disagreement? In case of any dispute, the final decision rests with JagNish Tours. If a legal issue arises, it will be handled exclusively by the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
10. What can cause my trip to be cancelled by you? We can cancel your booking if you fail to pay at least 50% of the total amount in advance. Additionally, if any traveler is involved in illegal activities or misbehaves, we reserve the right to end the trip for them immediately, without any refund.
