- Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra. (In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp).
- The token/booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur cancellation charges.
- Cancellation charges will be between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the notice period and package type.
- 100% retention (no refund) will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of travel or in the case of a noshow.
- No refund will be issued for any missed, delayed, or unused services, including but not limited to flights, train journeys, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or any other included services.
- JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if at least 50% of the total package amount is not paid in advance.
- If any traveler is found engaged in unlawful activities, misconduct, or violent behavior, JagNish Tours reserves the right to terminate all services immediately without any refund.
