• Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
• Early check-in at the hotel.
• Any other meal charges that are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses, shopping, or anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
• GST (5%) on the total package cost.
• Any additional expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like cancellation /roadblocks/landslides/ strike, or any other natural causes out of human control, or any emergency evacuation expenses.
• Expenses for additional activities like ponies, palkis, and helicopter rides.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp).
• The token/booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges will be between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the notice period and package type.
• 100% retention (no refund) will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of travel or in the case of a noshow.
• No refund will be issued for any missed, delayed, or unused services, including but not limited to flights, train journeys, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or any other included services.
• JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if at least 50% of the total package amount is not paid in advance.
• If any traveler is found engaged in unlawful activities, misconduct, or violent behavior, JagNish Tours reserves the right to terminate all services immediately without any refund.
