Payment Policy

• 50% Advance at the time of Booking

• Remaining 50% – Must be paid 1 day before the travel date

• Minimum 7 members required for the tour to proceed.

• If the group size is less than 7 members, the advance payment will be refunded in full if the tour does not

take place, with the refund processed at least 5 days before the travel date.

Tour Manager Assistance

• A City Tour Manager will be available for assistance throughout the day, but they will not travel with you.

Instead, they will be in the city to help resolve any issues that may arise.

• The service is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and you can use it anytime during these hours as needed.

Child payment policy :

• For children traveling with a seat, half payment will be charged, and no extra mattress will be provided.

• For children requiring an extra mattress and seat, full payment will be charged.

Tour Policy:

• If there is a group of girls on the tour, they will be accommodated together in tents or hotel rooms.

• Any inappropriate behavior or harassment during the trip will not be tolerated.

• If such behavior occurs, the responsible person will be removed from the tour immediately.

• No refund will be given to the person removed due to violation of this policy.
