Important terms and conditions for your travel bookings with JagNish Tours.

Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the "Customer") and JagNish Tours. By booking with us or making a payment, you agree to all of the following terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, you must pay a non-refundable token amount as specified in your booking confirmation.

Payment Schedule:

  • Advance Payment: You must pay at least 50% of your total package cost in advance, by the deadline given
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before travel as per your package details
  • Late Payment: If advance payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled without notice and without refund

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified during booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Important Notice:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email (jagnishtours@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 7230001706).

Cancellation Charges:

15+ Days Before Travel:

25%–50% cancellation charges apply (varies by package type and supplier policies)

Less than 15 Days or No-Show:

100% of the package cost will be charged. No refund available.

No Refund Policy:

  • • No refunds for unused or missed services (flights, hotels, sightseeing, etc.)
  • • No refunds for early departure or trip curtailment
  • • Token amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances

Refund Processing:

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approved cancellation request.

3. Force Majeure Clause

JagNish Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural Events:

  • • Natural disasters and extreme weather
  • • Earthquakes, floods, cyclones
  • • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • • Government-imposed lockdowns

Human Events:

  • • Political unrest and civil disturbances
  • • Strikes and labor disputes
  • • Terrorist activities or security threats
  • • Government policy changes

No Refunds: In case of Force Majeure events, no refunds will be provided. We may offer credit for future travel at our discretion.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers. Misdeclaration may lead to legal consequences and trip cancellation without refund.

Group Bookings:

If you're booking for a group, you confirm that you have permission from all members to share their details and agree to these terms on their behalf.

Travel Documents:

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid:

  • • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
  • • Passport (for international travel)
  • • Visa and permits (as required)
  • • Health certificates (if applicable)

Conduct & Behavior:

  • • All travelers must follow local laws and customs
  • • Respectful behavior towards guides, drivers, and other travelers is mandatory
  • • If any traveler behaves illegally, violently, or disruptively, we can immediately terminate all services without refund
  • • Travelers are responsible for any damages caused to property
5. Privacy Commitment

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our privacy practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

JagNish Tours will not be responsible for:

Travel-Related Issues:

  • • Flight delays, cancellations, or rebooking
  • • Hotel overbooking or service issues
  • • Transportation breakdowns or delays
  • • Weather-related disruptions

Personal Issues:

  • • Personal injuries or medical emergencies
  • • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • • Expenses due to illness or accident
  • • Missed connections due to personal delays

Third-Party Providers:

We are not liable for mistakes, poor service, or failures by third-party providers including hotels, airlines, transport companies, restaurants, or local operators.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by and follow the laws of India. Any interpretation of these terms will be in accordance with Indian legislation.

Dispute Resolution:

  • • Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking will be settled in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India
  • • Only courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction to handle such matters
  • • All legal proceedings must be conducted in English or Hindi language

Final Decision Authority:

In case of any dispute over bookings, cancellations, refunds, or service delivery, JagNish Tours' decision will be final and binding.

8. Additional Terms & Conditions

Package Modifications:

JagNish Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided when possible.

Photography & Marketing:

By booking with us, you consent to JagNish Tours using photographs or videos taken during your trip for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Terms Updates:

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page regularly for updates.

Final Agreement & Disclaimer

By booking with JagNish Tours, you confirm that:

  • • You have read, understood, and agree to all the above terms and conditions
  • • You accept full responsibility for your behavior and travel documents
  • • You understand the cancellation and refund policies
  • • You acknowledge the limitations of our liability

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JagNish Tours for your travel booking. No verbal promises or modifications are valid unless confirmed in writing.
