These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and JagNish Tours. By booking with us or making a payment, you agree to all of the following terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Bookings & Payments
- To confirm your booking, you must pay a non-refundable token amount.
- You must pay at least 50% of your total package cost in advance, by the deadline given. If not paid, your booking will be cancelled without notice and without refund.
- The balance must be cleared before travel as per your package details.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- 15+ days before travel: 25%–50% cancellation charges apply.
- Less than 15 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the package cost will be charged. No refund.
- No refunds for unused or missed services (flights, hotels, sightseeing, etc.).
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 15 business days.
- Force Majeure Clause: We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, etc.). No refunds in such cases.
- Final Decision: In case of any dispute over cancellation or refund, JagNish Tours’ decision will be final.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers. Misdeclaration may lead to legal consequences.
- If you’re booking for a group, you confirm you have permission from all members to share their details.
- You are responsible for valid travel documents (ID, visa, passport, etc.).
- If any traveler behaves illegally or violently, we can immediately stop all services without refund.

5. Legal Jurisdiction (Disputes)
These Terms follow the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be settled in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, and only courts in Udaipur will have the right to handle such matters.
- The court of jurisdiction will be Udaipur, Rajasthan only.
6. Limitation of Liability
JagNish Tours will not be responsible for:
- Delays, damages, theft, or injuries during the trip
- Mistakes or poor service from third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.)
- Travel changes caused by weather, political issues, strikes, and any other conditions that are beyond control etc.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover such risks.
7. Final Disclaimer
By booking with us, you agree to all the above terms, conditions, and policies and accept responsibility for your behavior and travel documents.
